stay, particularly the male staff member who checked us in. He provided great local tips that enhanced our trip. However, not all interactions were pleasant, particularly with another staff member who didn’t handle our checkout request well.

The location is perfect for beach access.

I was frustrated by the lack of timely housekeeping. Towels were only replenished late in the morning, forcing us to wait. The small bathrooms became cramped quickly, which was annoying after a long day.

The spacious room was perfect for our family, and the location was great, just a short stroll to the beach. The kitchen had all the essentials we needed, making our stay comfortable and convenient.

The front desk staff showed inconsistency in their customer service response times.

The Queen Studio was spacious and perfect for a family with children, allowing everyone to have their own space. Staff were generally helpful and accommodating, especially during breakfast where the variety of options included delightful Mexican dishes. However, there was inconsistency with staff responsiveness. while one male employee was exceptionally welcoming, another at the front desk was unhelpful regarding late checkout requests, which added stress to our departure. Cleanliness was not an issue, but only received a room refresh once during our four nights, which felt lacking for a longer stay.

Family with children haven

We stumbled into this place after a long day, and honestly it was a relief. The complimentary breakfast buffet was really something, not just dried-out pastries, but genuinely good food and our kid was in heaven, loved the options.

It wasn't inexpensive, but given the state of things today, it was still acceptable.

But Dayna at the front desk could use a refresher course in hospitality. I mean, I thought we were checking out, not auditioning for a drama!

The ocean view from the Queen Studio with Two Queen Beds and Sofa Bed was breathtaking and made our stay memorable. The breakfast offered mouth-watering dishes, and we appreciated the variety that catered to different tastes. The front desk staff seemed a bit disorganized at times, leading to some confusion during check-in, and there was an unfortunate issue with our payment, which had to be disputed. Despite these hiccups, our room was spacious and clean, ensuring our comfort during the night.

We stayed in the Queen Studio with Two Queen Beds and Sofa Bed for 4 nights. The space was amply generous for our family of 5. Disappointingly, we only got a room refresh the day before we left. 😟
